i liked nothing. room was dirty, hotel door would not lock.cockroches in bathroom.staff very unfriendly and rude. i will never stay there again

Nothing. This hotel is horrible. Pictures of the hotel are totally deceptive. Probably room was only cleaned up once to shoot pictures. Thank God was only for a night; I would have move to another one if I had to stay more days.

Dirty room all over, matress and spring broken and stained, entry door broken at the bottom, peeping hole so high that cannot be used, tv remote no cover, refrigerator a part falling inside, bathroom super dirty and nasty, no extra toilette paper, dirty and old towels; coffee maker has not been cleaned up for years. The breakfast is a joke. Ends at 9.30, however, at 9.10, no cups, no jelly, no butter, no juice and nobody refills; cans full of garbage, coffee all over the floor. Nobody takes care of it or cleans up. Check-in is at 3.00 and check out at 11.00. I wonder why they advertise price per day because that for me is a 20 hr day. If you arrive earlier, even if room is empty and ready and is going to be for you, they charge $10 extra.

I wanted to express some concerns of mine regarding my friend and his son's stay at this hotel. I understand the confusion in my booking the reservation in another name with a credit card that was not available to the guest. Although it took almost an hour to finally get him in the room I know there are policies that must be followed. What concerns me is that your hotel photos online apparently are not a true reflection of what you offer to hotel guests. Upon entering their room to my dismay and disgust my friends found roaches and a dirty bathroom to include a shower head hanging from a hole in the wall. This is completely unacceptable in my opinion. They did go down and get a room change, however they then had a microwave that did not work. I truly wanted to call last night but they asked that I did not. I felt the need to let someone know that this really was unacceptable in hopes that other guests do not walk in to the same thing.

Poor hotel I see in my life no papaer dor used in the toilet, breafast is horrible etc, etc

duty carpet and the room was not cleaned for a day, we had to go to the front desk to get at least clean towells.

not much.....it was a place to stay.....it was not the one we thought we were asking for......

they did not put coffee packets and condiments in the room for your convenience....sad

The Staff and the pool!!!!! And the refigerator and microwave worked very well!!!!

The fact that the locks on my room were poor, had to change rooms. The second room was not stocked with toilet paper , coffee, and needed light bulbs in 3 lamps,The ice machine did not work, had to get manager to mess with the machine to get ice. My door lock card quit working after 2 hours and I was locked out and had to wait on management to take the lock apart and install a new battery.Part of the second floor railing was wobbly and could have easily been pushed over , and Big Vultuters eating out of the restruant dumpsters and the motel dumpsters everyday , property not kept up like the pictures on the webpage!!!!
